For anyone who has used a Lightsaber in Fallout 3 (need help with geting it to happen)?
I found a download of some files and it says,
Search for “set bInvalidateOlderFiles=0″ in your Fallout3.ini file and change it to “set bInvalidateOlderFiles=1″, if you haven’t done so already.
Extract the archive, with directories, in your Fallout3\Data folder. Select it in the list of plugin files in the launcher.
Where is the INI file? ive gone into the main directory of the game and i dont see anything called that.
Is it a read me file?
is it something i have to open with a word pad?
What’s with you and the lightsaber? That doesn’t fit into the theme of Fallout 3. There’s no Jedi uniform to go with it.
Anyway, Fallout.ini is in your My Documents/My Games/Fallout 3 folder. But a better way of accomplishing this change is to download FOMM and you only have to hit the “Toggle invalidation” button on FOMM once.

You can also use FOMM to choose your mods, change mod loading order, and launch the game without having to have Windows Live running nor the FO3 DVD in the drive.
