what happens in star wars new hope ending?
can anybody give me a short summary! [:
i just need to know the ending for A New Hope.
Obi-Wan sacrifices himself to Vader in a light saber dual to go to the Force in order to help Luke win the war. The rebels are trying to destroy the Death Star and Vader is aiding in stopping the attack but is hit and sent uncontrollably into space to live another day for the Empire to “Strike Back”. Luke shoots a 1 in a million shot from his ship into the Death Star’s core and destroys it. Then Luke and company are awarded medals in a ceremony by Princess Leia.
